Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel gives you a decent room size; however, expect some noise from nearby activities. The central location on Istiklal Street is convenient, but taking a taxi can be challenging due to crowds. The refrigerator is empty, so don't count on finding any snacks inside.
The hotel is ideally located at the beginning of Istiklal Street, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant area. The rooms lack natural light as there are no windows, but you can pay extra for daylight access at a small fee. The service is consistent and helpful overall, with special attention from Hakim. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square, allowing easy access to all parts of Istanbul. The dining offers a great variety of options, with a delicious breakfast included. The facilities are adequate, though there is an additional cost for certain services.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The rooms didn't meet my expectations; I was hoping for better views and furniture, but the coffee machine made decent coffee. The service was somewhat lacking in friendliness but still helpful. The location was great, being close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. However, the dining experience, except for breakfast, left much to be desired.
I loved the hotel's convenient location in the heart of Istiklal street, but noise from outside could be bothersome. The rooms were spacious and clean, though lacking a stocked refrigerator. Trying to reach the hotel by taxi during busy times is not recommended. The service was cooperative and helpful, though not overly friendly. The location is perfect for shopping and nightlife, despite some crowding near the reception area due to the restaurant. Breakfast offered limited variety, but the hotel's position allowed for late-night returns without concerns. Overall, a great place for a short stay for shopping and exploring the city.
The hotel is located perfectly near Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, offering convenience for exploring Istanbul. The rooms fell short of my expectations with no view and issues with the ventilation on the last floor. Despite these shortcomings, the service was exceptional and very professional.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, quiet, and clean, with a well-organized restaurant and a very good breakfast. However, don't expect anything in the refrigerator. The service was fantastic, especially Hakim in the lobby, highly recommended for being friendly and cooperative. The location was superb on İstiklal street, great for shopping and exploring. The dining experience was good value for money with a lot of choices, and the staff, especially Hakim, were very welcoming. Overall, a great stay with some minor room amenities to note.
